After talking to other party's insurance co. about car accident, Is it a problem to now get an attorney?
only for the other insurance company. Of course, you’re entitled to an attorney and no matter what the insurance may say or suggest to you, that’s your right and I would absolutely pursue it. The insurance company would love nothing better, though, then to try to wrap up your case as quickly as possibly, as inexpensively as possible, so I would certainly consult with a personal injury attorney who will undoubtedly meet with you for free and get their advice about whether or not what’s being offered to you really is appropriate.
